Born 24 October 1959.
1978 Graduated from Baku Community College of Trade with major in Accounting.
1983 Graduated from Accounting faculty of State Economics Institute.
1978-1984 While being student, worked as a laborer, accountant, chief accountant, and chief inspector.
1983-1992 Postgraduate, teacher and head teacher at the Azerbaijan State Economics Institute.
1987 Successfully defended his Candidate’s dissertation at Moscow State University, named after M.V.Lomonosov and gained scientific degree – Candidate of Science.
1992-1995 Doctorate studies in Marmara University (Turkey).
1995 Present Deputy Minister of Finance.
1996-2007 General Director of State Head Treasury of the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
As from 17 April 2007 Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Author of 3 monographs and more than 30 scientific works.
Married, has three children.
