Auditors of Chamber of Accounts

                                                       
Jafar Ismayil oglu Hasanov

 Jafar Ismayil oglu Hasanov was born on 22 July 1950 in Sarur district of the  Naxcivan Autonomous Republic.

 In 1967-1968 he finished the Caucasus Komsomol School and in 1975  graduated the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of Azerbaijan Oil and  Chemistry Institute named after M. Azizbayov.

 In 1975-1993 he worked as a worker, a foreman, heads of departments of  supplies, planned economy and kitting and a senior accountant at the  enterprises and entities of the Baku General Construction Department of the  Executive Committee of Baku.

 In December 1993 he was appointed a senior inspector-expert at the Azeraudit  center of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in April 1996  he started to work as an independent auditor and a member of the Chamber  of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan. At the same time he was a member  of the Board and the Chairman of the examination committee of the Chamber  of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 In 1999-2001 he led the Finance Department of the Milli Mejlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 In December 2001 he was appointed an auditor of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan  by the decision of the Milli Mejlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 In December 2008 he was appointed an auditor of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan  for a renewed term by the decision of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

  Mehriban Nadir qizi Alishanova

 Alishanova Mehriban Nadir qizi was born on 9 February 1963.

 In 1986 she graduated the Faculty of Economy of Azerbaijan Oil and Chemistry  Institute named after M. Azizbeyov (now the State Oil Academy). In 2006 she  defended a Candidate’s dissertation, obtaining a scientific degree of  Candidate of Economic Science.

 In 1982-2003 she worked at the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio  Broadcasting Company.

 In 2003-2007 she was appointed to the National Television and Radio Council  under the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and worked as  the Deputy Chairman of the Council.

 On 19 October 2007 she was appointed an auditor of the Chamber of Accounts  of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the decision of Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the  Republic of Azerbaijan.

 She is married with three children.

 

 Vaqif Mukhtar oglu Hasanov

 Vaqif Mukhtar oglu Hasanov was born on 7 May 1963 in Beylaqan District.

 In 1984 he graduated Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D.  Bunyadzade. He is Candidate of Economic Science.

 In 1984 he worked as an accountant at the general accountancy department of  Azerelektromas production association. In 1984-1986 he was on military  service.

 In 1986-1990 he worked as an accountant, a senior economist-financer and a  chief accountant at the Baku Engineering Construction trust of the Executive  Committee of Baku, in 1990-1991 he was a first-class controller at the Control  and Inspection Department of the Executive Committee of Baku.

 In 1991-1995 he was the head of the Department of Financing of National  Economy at Baku Finance Office.

 In 1995-1997 he worked as the deputy head of Baku Finance Office, and in 1998-2001 he was the first  deputy head of Baku General Finance Office and the head of the Office’s Treasury Operations Department.

 In December 2001 he was appointed an auditor of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan  by the decision of Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 In December 2008 he was appointed an auditor of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan  for a renewed term by the decision of Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 He is married with three children.


 Nazim Iskandar oglu Hasanov

 Nazim Iskandar oglu Hasanov was born on 13 December 1963 in Baku.

 In 1988 he graduated the Faculty of Planning of National Economy of the Baku  branch of Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economy named after N.  Voznesenski.

 In 1988-1990 he worked as an engineer at the National Scientific-Research and  Design Institute on Preparation of Natural Gas for Transportation and  Processing. He served in the army in 1982-1984.

 In 1990-1995 he worked as an economist, a chief economist, a junior research  officer and a research officer at the Centre of Economic Reforms of the Ministry  of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 In 1995-2001 he was the deputy head and head of the Department on Finance,  Credit and Money Turnover of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of  Azerbaijan.

 In August-December 2001 he was the head of the Department of Examination and Analysis of the Chamber  of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 In 1996-2000 he taught in different universities in the country.

 In December 2001 he was appointed an auditor of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan  by the decision of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 In December 2008 he was appointed an auditor of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan  for a renewed term by the decision of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 He is married and has two children.



 Fazil Ibrahim oglu Ibrahimov

 Fazil Ibrahim oglu Ibrahimov was born on 18 August 1970 in Sarur district of  the Naxcivan Autonomous Republic.

 In 1993 he graduated the Faculty of Economy and Management of Agrarian-  Industrial Complex of Azerbaijan Agriculture Academy.

 In 1987-1988 he worked as a laborer at the tobacco fermentation factory in  Naxcivan and in 1993-1995 as a leading specialist at the Planning and  Financial Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Naxcivan  Autonomous Republic.

 In 1995-2005 he worked as a leading specialist at the Revenue Forecast  Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Naxcivan Autonomous Republic,  the deputy head of the Accounting Department, a chief specialist at the Budget  Forecast Department, the deputy head of the department and the head of the  Sector on Drafting and Consolidation of Local Budgets, the head of the Budget  Department, the deputy head of the Department and the head of the Sector of Financing of Social Areas.

 On 21 October 2005 he was appointed an auditor of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan  by the decision of Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 He is married with one child.
